Oh gash, fab photos. We're still in the false start stage here where last Friday it was 24 degrees, and then over the weekend it went back down to 3. Can't wait. C.x
Such beautiful blossoms. We were doing really well at the weekend but there was 5cm of snow yesterday. Bah! Won't be too much longer before it's all gone again.
Gorgeous photo's… just as we are falling into Autumn! That big silver ball is a sculpture hanging above the Town Hall in Wellington. It's awesome isn't it… it just jiggles in the breeze.
Oh, beautiful and brilliant indeed! Our town plant festival is this weekend, and I'm intending to go and buy one of the incredible salmon pink bushes on your first photo. Ben and I have been having long discussions about what they are – he said 'Japanese rose' and I said 'quince' and a bit of googling has shown me we were both kind of right!
Such beautiful blossom everywhere – and your photos really show it to perfection! It's a thrilling sight, all at once – and so exquisite against the blue skies. Helen x
Your photos are just awesome. All the flowers are just breathtaking and soooooo beautiful. My you live in a beautiful area! Thanks for sharing this post! xoRobinβ€
Oh Emma your photos capture the beauty and joy of spring arriving perfectly! I love that you were quick enough to catch a bee doing his thing – haven't seen many around yet here, I hope they made it through the harsh winter.
Hurrah for Spring, I am welcoming it with wide open arms! Lovely photos, your chaenomeles reminds me that I planted one in our previous garden. I must get one in here as they are so cheerful.
Oooh, those pictures are glorious – I've got blossom envy, we're so much further behind with the spring here! I went to my cousin's wedding down in Reading in early May a couple of years ago and travelled down by train – it was amazing how you could *see* spring progressing as we got further south :-).

Dear Emma, lovely photos! Our Spring is just around the corner.. we had a spate of cold and rain which held off the floral profusion. Soon, I hope.
PS – I mentioned your name on my blog today. π

Fabulous photos! They'd make great cards. Isn't it amazing how quickly the flowers come out once the sun shines and it's a teeny bit warmer. Love it.
