Beaded colour

Thankyou so much for the well wishes for the girls. They’re better, thank goodness and eating like small horses again.

I finally managed to finish the colourful beaded project this afternoon. I found one or two spare silver charms in my bead box so I attached those to the bracelet too. I might keep this one as a small reward after a tough old week.

The Flickr pool has been a valuable source of colourful escapism over the last few days. There are over 500 images over there now! It’s truly fantastic. Thankyou!

This month’s linky list is still active too so you can go and feast your eyes by hopping amongst the participating blogs.

Tonight I’ll be rustling up some mosaics for the final fling tomorrow.

Hi Emma, glad you're all on the mend, it's been a miserable winter with these viruses hasn't it?! Lovely bracelet, absolutely beautiful work. By the way I did a SOC post today but (there's always one) I fluffed the link I'm afraid. I'm Miss 37, are you able to give me a name or shall I be forever known as splash of colour : january? Sorry xx

Hi…I am glad to hear you are all getting better. Love your new project…and yes, please keep it for yourself. In fact I really think you should keep several projects a year for yourself…firstly as a record of your work, for you, secondly so that you can enjoy them and thirdly having children…they need to see and enjoy these beautiful things as they grow older too.

It's so good to know that the small Pebbles are well again – hurrah!

You definitely deserve to wear the beady necklace – I think I'd just sit and look at each bead in turn. Like a Rosary of coloured light.
